By downloading, accessing, or using SWTCH INSTALL, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. Who Can Use the App

SWTCH INSTALL is designed for use by licensed electricians and authorized installers performing SWTCH EV charger commissioning. You affirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to perform installations on behalf of your employer or client.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide truthful and complete information, including personal details and electrical setup data.

• Upload only relevant and accurate photos related to the installation process.

• Use the app solely for lawful purposes associated with EV charger commissioning.

• Refrain from submitting content that is offensive, misleading, or violates third-party rights.

4. Account and Access

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You are also responsible for all actions performed through your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

5. Intellectual Property and License

All content, trademarks, and software within SWTCH INSTALL are the property of SWTCH or its licensors. By uploading content (photos, setup data), you grant SWTCH a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, reproduce, and display such content for operational, verification, and marketing purposes, including promotional materials, social media, and public presentations. You may withdraw consent for future marketing usage by contacting us.

6. Third-Party Services

Some functions may redirect users to third-party services or browser-based flows. SWTCH is not responsible for the content, privacy, or availability of these external services.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, SWTCH shall not be liable for any:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

• Loss of data or equipment caused by user error or unauthorized access.

• Downtime, bugs, or data inaccuracies related to third-party systems.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to your account if you breach these Terms or misuse the app. You may also request deactivation of your account at any time.

9. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms periodically. We will notify users of material changes. Continued use of SWTCH INSTALL after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which SWTCH Energy Inc. is incorporated, unless otherwise required by local regulations.
